Faith Focused Friday

Hello sweet friends! I could not pick one verse out of this portion of the Bible. It is one of my very favorite parts. It gives me strength and hope that I am going to be okay.

Ephesians 6:10-18 explains that we can use the incredible tools our Lord gave us to protect ourselves and that we need nothing more. I get choked up every time I talk about this. And after all of the pieces of armor are listed the Bible tells us to pray. We have got to be the luckiest people who walk this earth. We are given everything we need to be safe, all we have to do is use it and pray.

Pray with me: Today I thank you Lord for all of the spiritual pieces of armor you prepare us with, for this earth can be a scary and unfair place to live. I pray that you will always remind me to use them and to never feel scared or nervous about what this world my put at my feet. I have you and your plan is laid out and I am so grateful. I pray these things in your great and powerful name, I love you God, Amen.
