FWTFL – Faster Way to Fat Loss

This program has made it so easy for me to lose and/or maintain my weight depending on how I am feeling! The main idea of the program is to teach your body to be a fat burner – it involves three main components:

  1. Carb Cycling – tracking your carbs, fats and proteins (2 low carb/high fat days a week)
  2. Intermittent Fasting – choosing 8 hours a day that you will eat (mine is 11-7)
  3. Workout – I am terrible at this! That is all!
